After peeling off the film with a pattern from the paper base, the pattern is applied to a sticky colored coating layer;As an auxiliary design, you can apply a bitmap with acrylic paints, or put rhinestones or bouillons;After drying the sticky layer, it is necessary to apply a transparent top coat.
