Applying RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash tint Preparation: To gently remove eye make-up, use RefectoCil Demaquillant degreaser. Eyelashes and eyebrows must be dry and free of grease for optimal coloring effect. Take two RefectoCil Eye Protection Papers. We apply RefectoCil Creme base cream on the lower eyelid of the client and on the underside of the eyelash pad. To prevent the paint from getting on the skin, we will apply pads on the eyelids.
