Matte Top Coat is a matte finish sealant applied after the last colored layer of gel polish. It provides durability and a matte effect to any colored gel polish.
Please note: when cured under a UV lamp, the top coat leaves no sticky layer; when cured under LED or hybrid lamps, a sticky layer remains.
OXXI PROFESSIONAL GEL POLISH APPLICATION TECHNOLOGY:
Start with a hygienic manicure if needed. File and shape the nails. Use a lint-free wipe with degreasing and dehydrating solution to clean nails from natural oils and dust and remove excess moisture. If nails are soft or peeling, apply a special bonder for extra adhesion and let dry for 10-20 seconds. Apply a thin layer of base coat under the gel polish. Seal the free edge. Cure under UV lamp for 2 minutes or LED lamp for 30 seconds. Apply the OXXI Professional colored gel polish, seal the free edge, and cure each layer for 2 minutes under UV or 30 seconds under LED lamp. If the color does not adhere well, remove the sticky layer of the base coat with a dry gel brush or lint-free wipe soaked with a special sticky layer remover. Apply the top coat, seal the free edge, and cure under UV lamp for 2-3 minutes or LED lamp for 30-60 seconds. Remove the sticky layer with a wipe soaked in special remover. Apply cuticle oil.
OXXI PROFESSIONAL GEL POLISH REMOVAL TECHNOLOGY:
Buff the coating with a coarse buffer or file to remove the shine. This helps the remover penetrate the coating faster. Soak a sponge with gel polish remover, apply it to the nail, and seal with foil. After 10 minutes, remove the wrap and gently remove the gel polish with an orange stick. If the coating is difficult to remove, repeat the procedure for a few more minutes to avoid damaging nails. Polish the nail plate with a buffer or file. If you don’t plan to reapply gel polish, you can polish with cuticle oil.
