The Classic Gel Diamond is a polymer light-curing material that, thanks to its strength, allows for significant nail plate extension. It contains photoinitiators that activate the polymerization process when exposed to ultraviolet light of a specific wavelength.
Features:
- Acid-free.
- Provides cushioning and does not crack upon impact.
- Medium consistency (not too thin and not too thick).
- Medium pigmentation, covers the free edge.
- Suitable for the "no-filing" technique.
- Suitable for extension using "upper forms".
- Doesn’t cause burning in the lamp.
- Becomes thicker in cold temperatures, thinner in warm temperatures.
- Thixotropic - becomes thinner during application with brush movements.
- Can be additionally heated to make the gel thinner.
- Hardens up to a thickness of 1 mm; if the thickness is less than 1 mm, it may flex slightly, but this does not affect wearability.
- Doesn’t shrink and holds the arch well.
- Requires an underlay of Rubber Base LUNAmoon.
