How to apply the Spectrum Rubber Base:
Make any hygienic manicure.Treat the nail with a buff, degreaser and apply a primer.For best results, use underlay.Cover the nail plate with a thin layer of a transparent base with rubbing movements and dry it in a UV / LED lamp. Then apply a layer of color base and polymerize in a lamp. If the surface of the nail has no visible irregularities, you can stop there.The second layer will be corrective. Pick up a large drop on the brush and lower it 3-4 millimeters from the nail bed, and then with a quick movement, without pressure, slide down to the edge of the nail.After spreading the base, turn the nail parallel to the table for 10-15 seconds so that the last imperfections disappear and the surface becomes perfectly smooth.Dry under 36W UV lamp for 2 minutes or 48W LED lamp for 60 seconds.
